The stacks were made by the Swedish ?! owner of the chopper, if I remember correctly he used some sort of plastic resin from a childrens playset (normally used by children to 'cast' small dead insects). The bike was featured in a Dutch magazine a while ago.

The casting under vacuum manufacturing method?
Japan is late for information of world Custom.
The stacks were poured using a handmade mould. The clear, colorless, resin can be tinted to make it red as these stacks are. The vacuum forming method was not used.
